The content is provided exclusively for educational and informational purposes, without constituting personalized financial advice.
The user has the right to access materials and mentoring sessions within the limits of the purchased subscription. They are obliged to provide accurate information during registration, not to share access credentials with third parties, and to respect the copyright of the platform's content.
waketodream undertakes to maintain the platform functional and to periodically update the content. It reserves the right to modify the course offering and prices, with 30 days prior notice. It does not guarantee specific financial results and assumes no liability for users' investment decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, waketodream is not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental losses resulting from the use of the platform. The total cumulative liability of the provider is limited to the value of the subscription paid in the last 12 months.
Payments are made in advance, according to the chosen subscription. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the user has not accessed more than 20% of the content. After this period, no partial refunds are granted.
The user may terminate their account at any time through the profile settings. waketodream may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of terms, fraud, or non-payment. Upon termination, access to content is revoked, and personal data is deleted in accordance with the privacy policy.
This version may be modified by notification on the platform 30 days in advance. Continued use after the changes come into effect constitutes acceptance of them.
